RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — RITVEDA

At Ritveda, each piece is thoughtfully created and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges (Size Exchange Only)

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

Exchange charges:

  • A shipping and handling fee will be applicable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

To initiate an exchange, email us at care@ritveda.store with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Required size

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the exchanged item will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit or styling preferences

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Important conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging are required

  • Items that appear worn, washed, or tampered with will be rejected

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days, subject to successful verification of the claim.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in defective or incorrect condition.
