  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after order processing

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Shipping address and pin code

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, and ongoing offers

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the package may be returned to our facility.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

Ritveda will not be liable for delays or delivery failures caused by:

Delays & Force Majeure

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear images/videos

This helps us resolve the issue efficiently.

International Shipping

Currently, Ritveda ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced in the future.
