- How long does my order take?
8-17 days. We make it in 3-7 days. Delivery takes 5-10 more days. International adds 10 extra days.
- Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link via email once it ships.
- Can I cancel my order?
Within 12 hours — yes. After that we can’t guarantee it.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
Within 12 hours — yes. After that — no.
SHIPPING
- Where do you ship?
All across India.
- How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout. Free shipping above ₹2599 (domestic).
- My order says delivered but I didn’t get it.
Contact your courier first. Then email us within 48 hours.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Can I return my order?
Only if we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged. Not for wrong size or change of mind.
- How do I return?
Email us within 7 days. Send your order number + photos of the issue.
- How long do refunds take?
7-10 business days after approval.
- Wrong size — can I exchange?
No. Check the Size Guide before ordering.
PRODUCTS & DROPS
- Will you restock sold out products?
No. Gone is gone. Forever.
- How often do you drop?
Every 2-4 weeks. Follow @ritveda on Instagram.
- How many pieces per drop?
Limited. When they’re dead they’re dead.
- How do I know when a drop is coming?
Instagram @ritveda. Email list. We announce 7 days before.
SIZE & FIT
- How do I find my size?

- Between sizes?
Go one size up.
- True to size?
Yes. ±1-2 cm tolerance is normal.
PAYMENTS
- What payment methods?
UPI, Cards, Net Banking, PayPal, COD (if available).
- Is payment secure?
Yes. SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
- Payment failed?
Try again. If the item sells out we can’t hold it. Drops move fast.
