PRODUCTS
All RITVEDA products are designed and produced by us. Every piece is crafted with intention, meaning, and purpose.
Slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur. These are natural and not considered defects.
Colors may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the actual product. This is not grounds for return or refund.
All product images are for representation purposes. The actual product may vary slightly.
LIMITED DROPS & AVAILABILITY
RITVEDA operates on a limited drop model. Products are released in limited quantities.
Once a drop sells out, it is gone forever. We do not restock sold-out drops.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or restrict sales to any person or region at any time.
ORDERS & PROCESSING
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Every order goes through production and quality check before shipping. This takes 3-7 business days.
Delivery takes 5-10 business days (domestic) or 10-21 business days (international) after production.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India and to select countries worldwide.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
RITVEDA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost packages after delivery confirmation.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns only for wrong products received, damaged or defective products, and missing items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, color differences due to screen settings, or minor production variations.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued for defective products, wrong products shipped, or orders lost in transit.
We do not refund for change of mind, wrong size selected, or minor variations.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed
SIZE & FIT
Please refer to our Size Guide page before placing your order.
We cannot accept exchanges for incorrect sizing if the measurements match our size chart.
Measurements may have a tolerance of ±1-2 cm. This is standard in the garment industry.
If unsure about your size, contact us before ordering.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
